Jeremy is the Founder and Principal at JCE Harvey Consulting Solutions. Prior to starting the firm, he worked in a non-profit organization for over seven years in roles of increasing responsibilities. After, he was employed by a Global Fortune 500 defense contractor, working as both an Electrical Engineer and Process Improvement Agent. While there, he worked with various stakeholders to find ways to streamline processes through use of operational excellence tools and techniques. 

 

Jeremy has worked with many companies of different industries and sizes. In addition to his practical consulting experience, he has led 

seminars at nationally renowned business schools, and advised leaders in Fortune 500 companies on operational excellence, Lean and business process transformation. 

 

He holds Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt certification; areas of specialties include, process improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Cost Reduction and Quality Assurance.

 

He has taken graduate level business and engineering courses. Jeremy graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is an active member of American Society for Quality (ASQ).
