​​Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS): 

• Analyzed business processes across enrollment, finance, and billing to recommend cost reduction steps and IT solution utilization strategies that reduced overall spend while improving key metrics

• Selected 150 improvement metrics across 12 business areas to create implementation plan based on impact and alignment with larger objective of CMS and HHS

• Recommended how to reduce overall IT spend while improving KPIs by consolidating technology infrastructure and intelligence; study done in partnership with (Quality Software Services Incorporated) QSSI

Department of Defense (DOD):

• Conducted 12 week assessment of DoD’s EHR system to determine areas with greatest ROI opportunity and TCO reduction; information was used to inform DoD and Cerner partnership in 2015

• Assessment analysis included modernization opportunities for DoD’s legacy infrastructure based on best in class practices and way to utilize specific IT solutions to reduce overall operational spend

• Recommendations presented strategic roadmap with prioritize initiatives for DoD’s long term IT modernization program
